Forest Project

TELL ABOUT THIS

As a basic human necessity, water’s availability is the basis of cleaning, cooking, and drinking. However, it is an infrequent commodity in Africa. The frequent deficiencies result in massive devastations and displacements, negatively affecting the lives of many.

In the surrounding areas of West Africa, the economic hardships are long-lasting due to the drought situation. This is why the risks of outbursts of waterborne diseases are relatively higher in these areas.

Here is a village of 700 inhabitants in the south of the Republic of Guinea which has neither drinking water nor health center.

The lack of accessibility to clean water sources has amplified, which adversely impacts people’s lives.

There are almost zero

emergency programs from the central government to cater to drought emergencies. Therefore, as a non-governmental, non-profit humanitarian organization, we take a step forward to tackle the water crisis in Africa.
